Crazy town

It has been pretty nuts around here lately. Aaron is studying like mad and this past week was Byron's spring break. We had a great time. It's been gorgeous outside so we spent the week outside....in a haze of exhaustion.

The boys have had a harder and harder time sleeping so we decided to move Waylon back into the (Edie's) crib and have been cracking down on the boys with everything related to bedtime/sleeping. Poor Edie is slumming it in the pack and play now. Waylon is doing really really well. Aaron and I think he just regressed after Edie was born (he really hasn't consistently slept through the night since January). We did get a crib tent too, since he's a little monkey now and can climb most anything. Tadaa...
The first night we got the tent, the boys broke the zipper. So, we had to deal with that a night or two before we could get it replaced. It's now working great, but Byron decided he needed more attention and has been up tons. He's even climbed into the crib/tent with Waylon. Twice! I think he's getting better, but he still is getting up,although less now. Tonight, we put them to bed at 7:40,it's now 8:20 and all is quiet. Not too shabby.

Of course, since it was spring break and we didn't really have anything to do, we decided to start potty training with all our extra spare time. Waylon actually decided. We were at Target the Thrusday before break and he HAD to get some big boy undies. I have been avoiding potty training. I was very very scared. But, I figured it was either now or wait until summer. So, now it was.
He's doing really well. Especially with #1. We're working on #2.

Having 3 children has been really great, and it's really gone more smoothly than I thought it would. Except for this week. This week has kicked my butt.

Aaron performed his summer hair cut procedure on both the boys. Here's some before and afters.
Edie is just 3days shy of her 3 month birthday. She's so much fun. Her smiles are amazing, but she's shy in front of the camera. Here's some cute pics anyway.
Demonstrating her impressive head control...
Playing with the boys (she loved Byron's pants)...The one really really good (and adorable) sleeper in the house...
Whew!
