Waylon and Edie had their first day of preschool today. It was a short day, only an hour and a half. Edie had a playdate, with ne hanging out with her in the classroom.
...for our front stoop, plus a very sweaty little girl. That is pretty much the extent of my gardening prowess. Aaron does all the heavy lifting with the "grounds" around here.
It has finally cooled down enough that we can spend some time at the park again. Just in time. Edie had pretty much given up her naps, so we have lots of free time before picking up Byron from school in the afternoons. Edie and Waylon will both be starting preschool next week during the morning. Edie will only be going 3 days a week, while Way will be going all 5.
Picking Byron up from school and heading to the beach. Going to school on Tybee has some definite advantages. Byron is loving the new school. Its pretty amazing. It just feels like I hoped school would be for him. He says he likes it because its smaller and lunch is quieter. 😊
We headed to the beach after picking Byron up from school. Aaron was off early. The waves were great! Byron us closer to the shore and you can see Way just catching a wave.
Headed up to Caliboge sound to jump in the water and then stopped by Daufuskie Island for eats on the way back. Pete and Caroline are visiting for the weekend.
